"I looked at my bill and saw it was high. I was overcharged so I called StateFarm. Kendall was able to break everything down for me so I can understand. I was ready to leave StateFarm, but her explanation prevent me from doing it at that time. She did a great job at customer service. Unfortunately, my bill is too high for me. Based upon the income that I have, I might be looking Into another insurance company. Thank you Kendall for let me hang on for a little bit longer."
