"Recently my 19 year old daughter bought her first car and decided she wanted to drive it to the Outer Banks, NC for our family vacation. She was very nervous about driving that distance but wanted to face her fear and so she followed me in my vehicle the whole 7 hour drive. About halfway through our drive, a rock flew up and hit her windshield causing a crack. It was not in her field of vision, so we continued to drive. When we arrived, she was very upset about the car windshield. We made a call to Vince. It was 4:50 on a Friday night… Vince still picked up! I was so surprised. He graciously walked us through the claim and forwarded it to a local Safelite. He calmed my daughter and assured her the car would be good as new before we came home. Sure enough on Weds the repairs were made and it was completely covered! My daughter was thrilled and so was Mom! Thanks so much Vince for saving our vacation!"
